Brief of Program:
Prin. M. C. Shah Commerce College organized a workshop on “Conflict Management” on 11th December 2025 at the Seminar Hall, starting from 8:00 a.m. onwards. The workshop was conducted for the benefit of students and staff members by the Counsellor Ms. Hemali Acharya.
The session aimed to help participants understand effective techniques for handling conflicts in personal and professional life. The resource person discussed important aspects such as emotional balance, anger management, and dealing with sadness, emphasizing the importance of maintaining mental well-being. The talk was interactive and informative, allowing participants to gain practical insights into managing conflicts constructively.
A total of 127 students actively participated in the workshop and benefited from the guidance provided by the resource person. The workshop was well-received and proved to be a valuable learning experience for all attendees.
The event was coordinated by in charges Dr. Beena Patel, Dr. Hetal Doshi and Dr. Janak Kavaiya under the astute guidance of Prin Dr. N.D. Shah.
