Brief of Program:
Prin. M. C. Shah Commerce College located at Navgujarat Campus on Ashram Road celebrated National Community Day on 12/01/2026 in a complete and meaningful manner. This program was conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. N. D. Shah.
The college developed a special “Holistic Health” workshop keeping in mind the mental, physical and agile nature of women.
This workshop was conducted by Brahma Kumari Sanstha located at Mahadev Nagar. The experienced speaker of Brahma Kumaris guided many students on love balance, positive thoughts, mental peace, meditation and healthy lifestyle advice. He explained and explained how holistic health i.e. physical, mental, spiritual and spiritual relaxation manifests itself.
The functional state during the workshop meditation also came to normal, the students were very interested and attained a peaceful state. This work made the students experience inner peace and concentration.
The program is providing training to college students, students and students. At the end, the organizers thanked the Brahma Kumaris organization. This celebration of Youth and Youth Day proves to be a fun and memorable one for the students.
