Brief of Program:
National Youth Day was celebrated on January 12, 2026 at Prin. M. C. Shah Commerce College. This program was organized in collaboration with Central Library of Navgujarat Group of Colleges. The program was guided by the Principal of the college, Dr. N. D. Shah.
National Youth Day is celebrated on the occasion of Swami Vivekanandaji’s birth anniversary. On this occasion, the main objective was to highlight the importance of self-development, moral values and life-oriented discipline among the students. The theme of this program was “Importance of Discipline in Student Life”.
During the program, the students of the college presented their ideas according to the topic. The students said that discipline is essential for the all-round development of a student. Things like punctuality, regular studies, positive attitude, responsibility and self-control play an important role in achieving success in a student’s life. The students effectively presented the value of discipline through examples of Swami Vivekananda’s thoughts and teachings.
The program was organized in a well-organized manner and the program was successful due to the enthusiastic participation of the students. Finally, the program was concluded with a vote of thanks.
