Brief of Program:
Indian Constitution Day was celebrated with enthusiasm on November 26, 2025 at Prin. M. C. Shah Commerce College located at Navgujarat Campus on Ashram Road. The program was organized under the guidance of Prin. Dr. N. D. Shah.
Renowned lawyer Shri Pranab Bhatt, who is the Legal and HR Head of Navneet Prakashan and has an academic career of over 20 years, was present as the Main Resource Person of the program. He was an alumnus of this college. He gave important information to the students in simple language about the origin of the Indian Constitution, basic principles, rights and duties of citizens. Mr. Bhatt especially explained that the Constitution is not just a legal document, but is the living heart of the democratic system of the country, which guarantees equal rights to every citizen.
College Principal Dr. N. D. Shah inspired the students to behave responsibly towards the Constitution and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the speakers for making this Constitution Day program valuable. Dr. Hetal Doshi conducted the program.
Finally, everyone read the preamble of the Constitution collectively and the program concluded successfully.
